Awareness
On a scale of 1-10, with 1 feeling least good, and 10 feeling most good, how do you feel?
Step 1
If you’re at 6 or below, stop! Don’t trust your impulses, and don’t take any action.
Step 2
Slow down and breathe—take at least 5 slow, deep breaths. Notice how this affects the way you feel.
Step 3
Go to a Feel Good Habit—make a positive choice, like going for a walk or calling a friend.
