Awareness is the first step to change. If you’re not aware of a pattern, you can’t change it. Today’s content teaches you to become aware of which Zone you’re in—Red, Yellow, or Green.  The sooner you can recognize you’re in Red or Yellow, the sooner you can shift into Green.
