About Joan
Joan is the principal owner of jdhInsights, LLC. She provides coaching, consulting, and learning services focused on cultivating leadership excellence and creating extraordinary employee experiences resulting in high performance organizations. Aligning business strategies with human performance is the essence of what Joan’s career has been devoted to for nearly three decades. Cultivating cultures where people thrive is her passion.

Joan’s approach to coaching is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals she works with. In doing so, she creates awareness, purpose, and action resulting in success for the client. Joan’s insights heighten executive effectiveness, emotional intelligence, improvement in team dynamics, the ability to navigate through complex situations, accountability, and goal attainment. In her practice, Joan leverages a variety of assessments to co-design a comprehensive development plan with clients focused in reaching and sustaining their goals.
