Today, you’ll get a 3-step system that you can use anytime, anywhere to shift out of the Red or Yellow Zone and into Green Zone.  Each time you practice these 3 steps, you are training yourself to live in the Green Zone sustainably.  This is the foundation of your Green Zone life.
